Docs Reminder provides automated document expiry reminder services that integrate with Google Sheets. Our service helps users track document expiration dates and sends automated email reminders to ensure important deadlines are never missed.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Google Account Authorization

Our service requires access to your Google Sheets to function. By authorizing Docs Reminder:

• You grant us limited access to read data from your connected Google Sheets
• You confirm you have the authority to grant such access for the sheets you connect
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings or our dashboard

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

9. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to send reminders reliably, we are not responsible for missed reminders due to technical issues, and you should not rely solely on our service for critical compliance deadlines.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Docs Reminder AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Docs Reminder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease and all connected Google Sheets will be disconnected.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@bustbrainlabs.com. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
